Challenge

KFH are a well-known, confident and trusted brand in the world of London property services. They have a reputation for exceptional service, outstanding communication and a track record of getting their clients the result they need. But in a market that is increasingly relying on online services and tools to do the jobs of real people, they wanted their brand to feel more modern and to amplify what they have always done best – understanding their customers and property.

Led by our trusted strategy partner, Radda Brand, a thorough discovery phase informed the creation of a brand platform which defined a new positioning, personality and values. This new direction for the company was distilled into one key positioning line: ‘We get it’. Expressing a deep understanding of property and people, it reflects KFH’s ability to understand what their customers need to get the results they want. To support this, the visual language was given a new lease of life with a refreshed colour palette, a simplified logo system, a bespoke illustration style and a new approach to photography that captures authentic moments in properties that reflect the lives that are lived there. The refreshed brand was launched at the beginning of 2019 with a tactical campaign, which was soon followed by the biggest campaign in KFH’s history in Spring of 2019.
